2024-05-27A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Imam Mobin International Educational, Research, and Cultural Complex (Iran) and the Imam Reza (AS) Cultural and Educational Complex, Madagascar to establish and develop bilateral scientific, cultural, and research collaborations, promote synergy, enhance interaction in various fields, and make optimal use of existing capacities and resources to achieve common goals and specific responsibilities.
The MoU was signed on 8 May 2024 (18 Ordibehesht 1403 SH) at the Imam Mobin Center office by Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mojtaba Rahmati, Director of the Imam Reza (AS) Cultural and Educational Complex, and Dr. Mohammad Ghorbanpour Delavar, Director of the Imam Mobin International Complex.
The Imam Mobin International Educational, Research, and Cultural Complex, operating since 2003 with licenses from the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and other relevant authorities, functions as a private academic and cultural institution in Iran and abroad. The Qur’an Association of Madagascar, established as an NGO in 2012, undertakes effective initiatives in the fields of social, cultural, and religious development. The Imam Reza (AS) Cultural and Educational Complex, operating under this association, is one of its main institutions – www.cireza.com.
The MoU covers educational, research, cultural, communication, and international cooperation and is structured in 4 articles and 31 clauses, signed by the directors of both institutions.
